Elie joined the firm in 2008, and became a Partner in April 2020.
He has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2007.
Since 2017, Elie is the head of the Litigation Practice Group. He has extensive experience advising clients in various areas of law. He specializes in Criminal, Employment, and Intellectual & Industrial Property law, and advises clients notably in Litigation, as well as Real Estate and Corporate matters.
Elie represents numerous clients before the Lebanese tribunals, all in diverse fields of law.
He has been a university lecturer since 2016 teaching different fields of law. Elie is also a lecturer in numerous seminars and workshops mainly on Employment and Business matters and had several interviews on local legislation published in various magazines and websites and several articles.
Elie graduated from La Sagesse University with a bachelor of Lebanese Law, and obtained a D.E.A. in Intellectual and Industrial Property law from the same university.
Elie is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
