Rebecca Hokayem

Rebecca Hokayem joined the firm in March 2024 and has been a member of the Beirut Bar since 2020.
Rebecca works mainly in the areas of banking and finance, corporate and commercial, regulatory, M&A, and litigation including enforcement proceedings.
Rebecca graduated with distinction with a bachelor in Lebanese and French business law at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut and holds a Masters in Business Law.
Rebecca is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
Rawad Abou Jaoude

Rawad joined the firm in 2022.
Rawad works within the transactional and litigation practice groups on all areas of the law, including notably Banking & Finance, Employment, Enforcement, NGOs, Commercial and Corporate law.
Rawad graduated from the Lebanese University with a Bachelor and Masters in General Law. Rawad also has a certification in Project Management from the Technical Institute of America.
Rawad is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
