BSM Managing Partner holds a lecture at the University of Paris II (Pantheon – Assas)

Chadia El Meouchi, Managing Partner at Badri & Salim El Meouchi Law firm,  a guest professor for the LLM, recently gave a two week course at the University of Paris II (Pantheon – Assas) addressed to LLM students majoring in Arab Business Law in the following fields:  Islamic Corporate Governance, Islamic Banking & Finance, and Corporate & Tax Regime in the GCC.As a leading lawyer in the field of Sharia'a-compliant banking and finance law, Chadia was honoured to be invited by the university to give this course on a yearly basis."It was a pleasure to meet the students - I was impressed by the number of students who attended the course, and by the intensity of their interest in this field.
