|Melynda Joined the firm in 2008, and has passed her Beirut Bar entry exam in January 2009.|
Melynda has worked on various matters in corporate, commercial, maritime, insurance, real estate, litigation, banking and finance and personal status law.
Melynda also participated in several publications of the firm on the subjects of the Dispute Resolutions System in Lebanon, Arbitration, Rights Issuances, as well as published several articles in local law magazines on the reform of the Beirut Stock Exchange and financial markets in Lebanon, the Reform of the Lebanese judiciary system and administration.
Melynda graduated from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, with honors, and obtained a Bachelor in Lebanese Private Law as well as a Diploma of Specialisation in French Law.
Melynda holds a master I in business law from St-Joseph University in collaboration with Jean-Moulin University (Lyon III) as well as an advanced graduate diploma in General Private Law (Master II or DEA) From Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris (Paris I) and is currently preparing a Juris Doctorate thesis in International Private Law and Personal status Law in Pantheon-Assas University (Paris II).
Melynda is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
