|Lilia Sabbagh joined the firm in 1998, and became a Partner in 2007. She joined the Beirut Bar in 1998.|
Lilia specialises notably in international corporate matters, and has advised on numerous M&A transactions, divestitures, financings, joint ventures, restructurings and securities offerings throughout the MENA region and Europe, financings, Sharia’a compliant transactions, joint ventures, and so forth.
Lilia holds a Master in Lebanese Law from the St. Joseph University, Beirut, as well as a Diploma of Specialisation in French Law and an advanced graduate diploma in law (DEA).
Lilia obtained, in 2003, an MBA from the ESCP EAP, as well as an Islamic Finance Qualification granted by the UK Securities and Investment Institute and ESA.
Lilia was a founding member of the Jurisprudence Workshop of St. Joseph University.
Lilia is recognised by Chambers Global for the quality of the legal services she provides.
Lilia is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
